Announcement #3:

3. Unauthorized Use of NRNA Australia Logo

As we approach the NRNA Australia Election on 26 July 2025, we remind all candidates and supporters that the NRNA Australia Logo is the intellectual property of the organization and must not be used in any campaign materials, including posters, flyers, or social media posts.

This is explicitly outlined under Clause 14 of the NRNA Australia Bylaws, as part of the association’s Constitution (2003, including 2017 amendment), which states:

Clause 14 – Use of NRNA Australia Logo:

The logo of NRNA Australia is the intellectual property of NRNA Australia. No candidates shall use the logo in any campaign-related materials. Continued misuse after official notice will be considered a breach of the organization's rules and may result in disqualification of candidacy, except in extraordinary circumstances.

Continued misuse—even after reminders—reflects non-compliance with NRNA Australia's rules and raises serious concerns about the candidate’s commitment to the values and responsibilities of the organization. As such, their candidacy may be declared invalid.

We respectfully urge all candidates and their teams to comply fully and help maintain a fair, transparent, and respectful election process.
