ICC Members

Role Positions Eligibility
ICC Members 8

(a) A prospective candidate for the role of the ICC Global Member must have completed a term as either an NCC or ICC Committee Member, Director or should have participated in International General Assemble (IGA) as a Delegate.

National Coordination Committee

Role Positions Eligibility
President 1

(a) Be either a currently serving or previously completed a full term as a Director or a member of the NCC or ICC Global;

(b) Not be elected to the same office for more than 2 consecutive terms; and 

(c) Not be elected from the same State or Territory for more than 2 consecutive terms.

(d) Not hold, at the time of nomination, another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association (professional associations’ positions are exempted such as 
Australian Nepalese Journalist Association (ANJA), Australasian Nepalese Medical and Dental Association (ANMDA), Australian Education Consultant Alliance (AECA)
Vice President 1

(a) Not hold, at the time of nomination, another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association (professional associations’ positions are exempted such as Australian Nepalese Journalist Association (ANJA), Australasian Nepalese Medical and Dental Association (ANMDA), Australian Education Consultant Alliance (AECA). 

(b) Not be elected to the same office for more than 2 consecutive terms; and 

(c) Previously have served as committee member of either the SCC, NCC or ICC.
General Secretary 1

(a) Not hold, at the time of nomination, another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association (professional associations’ positions are exempted such as Australian Nepalese Journalist Association (ANJA), Australasian Nepalese Medical and Dental Association (ANMDA), Australian Education Consultant Alliance (AECA). 

(b) Not be elected to the same office for more than 2 consecutive terms; and 

(c) Previously have served as committee member of either the SCC, NCC or ICC . 
Treasurer 1

(a) Not hold, at the time of nomination, another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association (professional associations’ positions are exempted such as Australian Nepalese Journalist Association (ANJA), Australasian Nepalese Medical and Dental Association (ANMDA), Australian Education Consultant Alliance (AECA). 

(b) Not be elected to the same office for more than 2 consecutive terms; and 

(c) Previously have served as committee member of either the SCC, NCC or ICC.
Secretary 1

(a) Not hold, at the time of nomination, another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association (professional associations’ positions are exempted such as Australian Nepalese Journalist Association (ANJA), Australasian Nepalese Medical and Dental Association (ANMDA), Australian Education Consultant Alliance (AECA). 

(b) Not be elected to the same office for more than 2 consecutive terms; and 

(c) Previously have served as committee member of either the SCC, NCC or ICC.
National Youth Coordinator 1

(a) Must have served in the State Youth Forum as a member, member or office bearers of the National Youth Forum Committee, must be aged less than 40 years old as of the end of June of the election year.
NCC Members 21

(a) Must have served as a member of the NCC Taskforce, ICC Task force or committee member of either SCC, NNN, NYF.

National Nari Nikung (NNN)

Role Positions Eligibility
NNN Women Coordinator 1

(a) Must have served in the State Nari Nikunj as a member, member or office bearers of the National Nari Nikunj Committee.
NNN Deputy Women Coordinator 1

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the Nari Nikunj committee must be Female.
NNN Secretary 1

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the Nari Nikunj committee must be Female.

(b) A prospective candidate for National Woman Forum  Secretary at the time of nomination, should not hold another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association(exemption applies for Professional associations and Australian Mainstream political parties).
NNN Treasurer 1

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the Nari Nikunj committee must be Female.

(b) A prospective candidate for National Woman Forum  Treasurer at the time of nomination, should not hold another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association(exemption applies for Professional associations and Australian Mainstream political parties).
NNN Members 5

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the Youth Forum committee must be aged less than 40 years old as of the end of June of the election year.

National Youth Forum (NYF)

NYF Coordinator 1

(a) Must have served in the State Youth Forum as a member, member or office bearers of the National Youth Forum Committee, must be aged less than 40 years old as of the end of June of the election year.
NYF Deputy Youth Coordinator 1

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the Youth Forum committee must be aged less than 40 years old as of the end of June of the election year.
NYF Secretary 1

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the Youth Forum committee must be aged less than 40 years old as of the end of June of the election year.

(b)A prospective candidate for National Youth Forum  Secretary at the time of nomination, should not hold another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association(exemption applies for Professional associations and Australian Mainstream political parties).
NYF Treasurer 1

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the Youth Forum committee must be aged less than 40 years old as of the end of June of the election year.

(b) A prospective candidate for National Youth Forum Treasurer at the time of nomination, should not hold another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association(exemption applies for Professional associations and Australian Mainstream political parties).
NYF Members 5

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the Youth Forum committee must be aged less than 40 years old as of the end of June of the election year.

State Coordination Committee(SCC)

(a) Not hold, at the time of nomination, another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association (professional associations’ positions are exempted such as Australian Nepalese Journalist Association (ANJA), Australasian Nepalese Medical and Dental Association (ANMDA), Australian Education Consultant Alliance (AECA). 

(b) Not be elected to the same office for more than 2 consecutive terms; and 

(c) Previously have served as committee member of either the SCC, NCC or ICC.
Deputy State Coordinator 1

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the SCC Committee must be registered as a voter in the State or Territory where they are contesting or have been nominated for the election.
State Secretary 1

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the SCC Committee must be registered as a voter in the State or Territory where they are contesting or have been nominated for the election.

(b) A prospective candidate for SCC Secretary at the time of nomination, should not hold another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association (exemption applies for Professional associations and Australian Mainstream political parties).
State Joint Secretary 1

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the SCC Committee must be registered as a voter in the State or Territory where they are contesting or have been nominated for the election.
State Treasurer 1

(a) A prospective candidate for any of the roles on the SCC Committee must be registered as a voter in the State or Territory where they are contesting or have been nominated for the election.

(b) A prospective candidate for SCC Treasurer at the time of nomination, should not hold another office bearer position or a position of similar status in another Nepalese organization or entity similar to the Association (exemption applies for Professional associations and Australian Mainstream political parties).
